Terms of Service

1. The service

ScaleCore CRM is software for sales agencies and closers, including pipeline management, AI call coaching ("Felix"), rep leaderboards and incentive tracking, automations, and integrations with third-party tools (Calendly, Cal.com, Typeform, Gmail, Fathom, Granola).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use ScaleCore. ScaleCore is intended for business use by sales agencies and their teams, not personal/consumer use.

3. Free trial and billing

New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial, which requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use ScaleCore for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform; upload data you don't have the right to store; abuse or overload our systems or integrations; or use Felix's output as the sole basis for an adverse employment decision without independent review.

6. Your data

You (the Customer) own the contact, lead, call, and pipeline data you put into ScaleCore. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to collect and store any personal data (including your leads' and contacts' data) that you add to the platform, and for complying with applicable data protection law toward your own leads and team.

7. Third-party integrations

ScaleCore connects to third-party services (Calendly, Cal.com, Typeform, Gmail, Fathom, Granola, and others). We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. AI features disclaimer

Felix's call scoring and coaching recommendations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They're provided as a coaching aid, not professional advice, and shouldn't be relied on as the sole basis for any significant business or employment decision.

9. Intellectual property

ScaleCore and its underlying software, design, and branding are owned by ScaleCore Limited. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as intended.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

ScaleCore is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every business requirement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleCore's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost deals.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time; you by cancelling your subscription, us for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your access ends and we'll retain your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify active Customers by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
